Crush is proud to support a diverse staff of employees in the kitchen, front of house, and managerial positions.  We are also happy to have some of the lowest turnover in our industry and rarely have positions open for hire.

When we do hire, we adhere to a 'from within' policy.  Crush does not hire bartenders, but rather brings in new staff at an entry-level barback/dishwasher position, and promotes within.  All of our bartenders started in entry level positions and it helps staff understand the culture and philosophies of Crush.
